Paper

If you are looking for Dollars look to rice paper, if you look for euros, euro is crisp and firm, crisp feel you can get spraying with pure alcohol on paper, firm feel you get with lanolin, which we will need in later step. Remember you need get one A4 sheet from two A4 sheets, you will stick them in later step. You need to calculate paper thin with micron meter, when thin results divide from 2 and you will get what thin should be for one sheet.

You have to understand that template pack is main thing, all quality depends on templates, you will need very very good template pack, it's hardest thing in all proccess, but when you done, it's for all life. You can use just scan, but it will look very very low quality you can't do colors match with scan it will be blur without microprint and etc... Don't waist time with scans. So you need CorelDraw you don't do this with Photoshop, photoshop is more for web, photos and etc not for printing. All notes original template are done from lines, all lines are not symetric, they almost all are different, almost each line color are different which in final gives us original and best quality view. You can't find good template in public no ones share it, it's like to share yours women with everyone
) no one's even want to sell I don't sell even my template pack for 5k and more I can't disscuss you can find there to buy, everything have a price, but it's very very hard I don't advice you to buy because there is much rippers or you will buy low quality. I advice you to do it by yourself. You can hire design service which will do for you design but color match I think they don't do, you have sit to printer and play to get everything well. Printers - Inkjet & Laser

2. Good printers Inkjet and Laser, I know that you only use it for research purpose not want to use faked money but I write this tutorial like real fakers do, so when they are buying Laser printers, they buy it very carefully, because Laser printers leaves unique yellow dots on paper by which can be tracked there printer was sell and for who, so they only buying with cash without any documents and etc... This printers have to be very good, they have to take paper corectly without mm mistakes, because you will print one sheet not one time, so you need very good accuracy.

Invisible InkJet UV cartridges

Lanolin you can find online or in pharmacy shop, Lanolin is using to bypass counterfeit detector pen security and to give paper firm feel. UV inhibitor makes that lanolin will not wipe from paper.

Paper cutter is using to cut notes from A4 paper to notes size. Trimmer o guillotine you can easy find it in ebay.

EzScreenPrint paper

You can order this from www.ezscreenprint.com . This paper is used to make stencil, with which we will make Raisded Print bypass and this security bypass "the value numeral on the back will change colour from purple to olive green or brown". You can use stencil for watermarks too, just got to play with glue and pigments or with other products you just need to make watermark darker, but in this tutorial we use more simple way.

Pearl-EX pigments

You can order from www.jacquardproducts.com . We use this DUO Pearl-EX pigments with EZScreenPrint stencil to bypass this security "the value numeral on the back will change colour from purple to olive green or brown". And this pigments is used to get glossy pink color which you will not get with printer. Pigments used Duo Red-Blue & Duo Blue-Green. I don't know maybe in this times there is pigment Duo Pink-Green, so you haven't to mix two Duo pigments, search for it if found please share.

Acrylic liquid

Acrylic liquid useful girls use for nails making, but we will use it to bypass Raised Print security, if your girl playing with nails making them and etc... I think you can find it in her cupboard, but if not you can easy find it in ebay. You can use nail uv gel too, but you will need nail UV lamp and have to wait until it dry under UV lamp, so better choise Acrylic liquid thanks girls for this magic thing

Brush (Optional)

You can use brush with Acrylic for raised print security, you need brush with very very small tip, like needle, more it small better results you get

MAKING PROCCESS

1. Open CorelDraw set page size to A4, put 3 or 2 Watermark templates print and put magnetic stripe template (magnetic stripe template should be printed with Laser printer(100% black color) watermarks with inkjet or micr toner)
2. Take silver hot stamping foil, place it on printed magnetic stripe and put it in laminator, take out sheet from laminator and remove hot stamping foil.
5. Take school glue and mix with distilled water at ratio 15:1, nicely with paint roller paint on sheet.
6. Stick sheets together. Give time to dry. Put it to laminator.
1. Open CorelDraw place Front note templates from templates pack and print. On another sheet half do same with Back note templates.
7. Open CorelDraw take Front UV template fit templates to right position and print on Front sheet half do same with back half (Back UV template)
7. Now we have one A4 sheet with front and back view + watermarks and magnetic stripe + UV front and back under blacklight.
8. Open CorelDraw with background hologram template(100% black color), place it in right possition and print with laser printer, take silver hot stamping foil put on hologram background and put to laminator, remove hot stamping foil, it look nicely yeah?
9. Open CorelDraw with hologram template 100% black color (100, TEXT, HOUSE) and with laser printer print on hologram background place (On top), take rainbow hot stamping foil, place it on printed place and put in laminator, remove rainbow hot stamping foil. Here we have nice hologram
(for better results you can mix foils print text+house when 100, everything for your fantasy just play and you will find better view) (for best results use custom holograms service here is much people in forum who can help with custom holograms)
10. Take ezscreenprint paper and make stencil of back note 100 ( here is tutorial how to make stencil http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAus8NzYBhk )
11. Mix pearl-ex pigments Duo Red Blue and Duo Blue Green with transparent medium at ratio 2:1:5
12. Put 100 stencil to right place and apply mixture which made in step 11, remove stencil and give time to dry.
13. Make stencil with Raised Print template, put stencil to right possition and apply Acrylic powder with brush or roller, use little amount of acrylic powder (let time to dry and you will have Raised Print security, you can use just brush without stencil but it takes more time and you will have more to play)
14. Mix Lanolin Grain alcohol and UV inhibitor at a ratio 3:11:1
15. Apply mixture from 14 step on paper, let time to dry and you will have counterfeit pen security
And that's all you have beutiful 100 Euro note with security features: Watermarks+Magnetic Stripe+UV security+Paper feel+Raised Print+Changing text color security+Hologram+Counterfeit pen detector security
Take notes and put to album don't use them
